We offer a number of services, aimed mostly at the home user. Small business customers welcome too!

• General Advice
  Sometimes the world of computers can be a little overwhelming. We can help you figure out what to do, what to buy, how to upgrade, etc. And for regular customers, telephonic advice is free!
• Network configuration
  Tired of fiddling with things to get a letter printed from that PC upstairs? Want the music stored on your main PC available in the bedroom? Or any laptop? No problem.
• Broadband Setup
  Today's advertising would have you believe that getting up and running is just a matter of plugging things in. Sadly this is often not the case, and even when it is, you are dangerously exposed if you just stop there.
• Safety and Security
  Let us help you ensure that your internet connection is safeguarded against hijacking, and show you how to protect yourself from the dangers of the net. Need to carry data around with you, either on a laptop or a removable drive? We can show you how to do that conveniently and securely.
• Online Presence
  Want your own email domain? Blog? Website? We'll help you get started painlessly, and can even handle the administration details for you if you like. No fuss, no bother.

What we DON'T do

• Try to sell you stuff
  Although we will be happy to advise and assist with any purchases, we don't sell hardware or software. Why not? Well, we want it to be quite clear that we are not affiliated with any particular brand or retailer, and we do not stand to profit by advising you to buy things you don't need. Our only interest is in making sure you get what you need (which absolutely includes good value for money), and that interest could be compromised if we took commission on sales.
• Charge you unnecessarily
  We don't chase repeat business. We'd rather have ten happy customers that tell their friends, than one unhappy customer we squeezed for as many paid visits as possible. It's all about value. If you think you've had great service and great value, that's good for us as well as you. If there are likely to be any additional charges needed, we'll let you know sooner rather than later. We'd far prefer to get you all sorted out on the first visit, but that's not always possible. Follow-up visits for the same issue are usually free of charge, depending on circumstances. We will always be up-front about our charges. No silly games, we promise!
